If you are still using HTA Pro in your practice, it is strongly recommended that you migrate to other, modern software, since support for HTA Pro is no longer available.
There is no official replacement to HTA Pro, nor any software endorsed as a suitable replacement. Any software which resembles HTA Pro, or claims to be a successor, was created without consent, and is a theft of intellectual property, for which no compensation was paid.
If you are unable to open your HTA Pro software, and are receiving a message such as: "Unrecognized Database Format", you (or your IT support specialist) needs to repair the underlying database file. The path to the file can be found in the error message. Opening that file should prompt MS Access to try to repair it. Failing that, you should recover a backup of your HTA Pro database file (same filename as in the error message) to that same location to allow HTA Pro to load again.
